Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

- You can return a product on account of receiving a damaged product (Leakage in Sachet/Product Expiry Date crossed/Damaged Packaging).
- On account of any of the aforementioned scenario, you are required to send an email to [email protected] with proper photographs of the damaged/expired product (damage/expiry dates must be clearly visible on the photographs).
- We will process the return post validations and inspections at our end.
- Return pickups will be arranged as per your convenience once the process is initiated.
- You will have options to get the refund amount to be credited on your Chaigram Wallet or to be processed back to your payment instrument (Card/UPI/Netbanking) or to have a fresh product delivered to you.
- In case of a refund, the forward and return shipping costs will be deducted from the invoice amount. In case of a Wallet Credit, you will get the full amount credited to your Chaigram wallet.
- In case of exchange, you can either choose the same product or a different product of the same value.
- In case you go for a product with value less than the returned product, the balance amount will be credited to your Chaigram Wallet.
- In case you go for a product with value greater than the returned product, you have to pay the balance amount using the available payment modes on thechaigram.com.
In order to be eligible for a Refund/Wallet Credit/Exchange, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of your product receipt. The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your Refund/Wallet Credit/Exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
No Return/Refund Request shall be processed if the Return request is placed post 7 calendar days of your product receipt.
